  • Recursive document chunking and SentenceTransformer embeddings feed top-k semantic retrieval in FAISS.
  • Pydantic validation, SQLAlchemy, and PostgreSQL support document metadata, query history, and analytics.
  • Session-aware prompts, streamed responses, and follow-up suggestions support multi-turn questions. Redis provides query caching and rate limiting.

  • A custom PCAP reader and parsers handle Ethernet, IPv4, TCP, UDP, and ICMP.
  • Thread-safe queues connect packet processing to TLS SNI, HTTP Host, and DNS classification.
  • A bidirectional five-tuple flow tracker and rule engine filter by IP, domain, application, and port, and emit filtered PCAP output.

Rice Leaf Disease DetectionComputer vision for healthier crops.

A deep learning image classifier for four rice leaf disease classes, developed during my project internship at BIT Mesra. Compared transfer learning models and deployed VGG16 through a Gradio interface.

  • Preprocessed, normalized, and augmented leaf images, with separate training, validation, and test splits.
  • Compared VGG16, EfficientNet, ResNet50, and a custom 3-layer CNN using ImageNet transfer learning and a four-class output layer.
  • Evaluated accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, confusion matrices, and ROC-AUC. Reported test results: 87.21% accuracy and 87.20% F1-score.
  • Deployed the trained VGG16 model in Gradio for image upload, disease prediction, confidence scores, and inference visualization.
